“Ordered to go and the service was amazing. People there are about as friendly as can be, the food. Now that's something special. Ordered the Open faced roast beef. And dear lord, I've eaten at tons of places. ordered a ton of open faced roast beefs. This, this is everything it should be, incredibly rich gravy, the roast beef melts in your mouth. the mashed potatoes are silky and fluffy. The bread is top notch. Everything was amazing. Little lady had corned beef hash and eggs. The corned beef hash was full of flavor and just brilliant. The scrambled eggs were so fluffy the clouds are jealous. If you come to freeport, and you don't have at least one meal here. You seriously missed out.”

The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful as they let me send in a last minute 4 dozen cookie order before the 4th of July and their break/time off (for a birthday party on the 7th). The cookies stayed fresh and tasted phenomenal even 4 days after I got them! I felt like a jerk ordering so many cookies last minute and they didn’t seem to mind at all and were more than happy to help! Thank you guys so much!!! If you haven’t tried them already the sour cream cookies are to die for! 20/10 recommend!!!!”

“I would like to leave a wonderful review about the waitress that waited on us when we there. Our service was absolutely wonderful and she was very attentive and friendly and provided the best service I’ve ever had in the Freeport area! Our waitress’s name was Cristal and I felt I had to leave a review because she was absolutely wonderful and had a great personality and was super friendly, not to mention our drinks were kept full and she came and checked on us attentively, The food tasted great and we were very pleased with our experience, we will be coming back to enjoy the great food and even better service, and hope to get the same exceptional service and waitress on our next visit. I would definitely recommend coming to Imperial Palace Freeport.”

“Menu is extensive. As anticipated, kids menu has fair reasonable priced smaller portions. I won't order the kids chicken again. It's a lower quality of formed chicken you'd expect. If we want good chicken just order the larger adult portions. Those don't look like pressed sponges.
My daughter now loves horchata. Fast friendly fair service.

“We were the only customers the entire time we were there (couple hour span). Other than that being a little weird we had a pleasant experience. “Great food unfortunately the person answering phones for takeout or delivery makes it nearly impossible to get what you want. I have special needs. I usually pay over phone plus tip, have delivery ring bell and leave order. It takes me awhile to get to door. The person taking orders today wants to fight about it lol. They were all so sweet because I decided to order a particular drink a but different than normal but I ended up not liking it, so three different members all went out of their way to help me adjust it/check to make sure it tasted okay after helping me. It's little things like this that I just find so nice and it was such a lovely experience. It makes me miss when I used to be a barista too. Anyways, 10/10, very lovely people working today <3”
